Whooshing Noise In Head, Dizziness, Hearing Weird. Body Shaking Like During Fever, Headaches. Diagnosis?
Hello! I am a 28 year old female. For the past 3 days I've been having some weird symptoms. it starts with a whooshing noise in my head like there is water running( not dripping) I am also getting dizzy and when I turn my head on both sides I feel way worse and the water noise is more loud. Additionally my hearing gets weird...Like i am in a tunnel...i don't really know how to describe everything. Also last night I was shaking like I had a fever...even though I didn't. At first I thought its because I am too tired, since I don't sleep well at night due to my 12 month old baby. But it happened to me again this afternoon and I got a bit worried. I don't take any kind of medication at the moment. I don't drink alcohol and I don't smoke.i do have common headaches though. Thank you in advance!
hello most probably you have labrynthitis(inner ear infection) which is usually viral. but it can be poroxysmal positional vertigo because your symptoms get worse when you change your position. you should consult ENT consultant. At the moment you can get relieve by using dimenhydramine and Serc 8mg thrice daily. Regards
