Whooshing Sound While Blinking, Turning The Head. Sometimes Nausea Stays For Few Days Occurs In Regular Interval

When i blink or turn my head i get a whoosing sound. not just once but 3 or 4 short whoosing sounds. Some dizziness at times and today for the first time i am nausiated. I have had this for three days now. usually it will last for say a half a day maybe two days. I would say it occurs maybe once or twice a month or i may not get it for several months.
