My 3 year old daughter has developed a rash on the palms of her hands and soles of her feet - they are like tiny little pin prick dots and appear to be spreading between her toes and fingers. Her palms and soles are now very red and itchy but she is otherwise in very good health. She has a very mild steroid cream for occasional eczema - will this work or should I take her tom my GP??
