Why I Am Getting Pain In My Wrist And Arm?

Well okay I stabbed my thumb two days ago And a lot of blood came out I don t know if this is causing the pain in my left arm and right now I was sitting down and got pain in my left arm and it went down to my wrist but now the lower part of my arm hurts ? What can this mean ?
