Why I Am Not Able To Eat Though Feel Very Hungry And Is Nervous All The Time ?
for the last five days I have not been able to eat though im very hungry, I feel really nervous all the time. im not sick though so whats wrong with me?
Hello,
Is there any stress or mental tensions that you are going through? Also has there been any palpitations or trembling?
You seem to be going through acute anxiety. Try and find out the cause, discuss it with someone whom you can trust and help you sort out the problem. Try meditation or breathing exercises which would help you relax. Divert your mind by doing things that you enjoy like going out for the weekend, pursuing your hobbies, listening to some relaxing music or catch up on a comedy film.
If it does not subside, I would suggest you to visit your family physician or a homeopath who can help in identifying the cause and suggest appropriate medications.
