Why I Am Not Able To Sleep Properly Even After Taking Medicine?
I am 24 years old. I am taking trika .5 for last 2 months. But inspite of taking trika .5 sleeping hours are limited to 3 to 4 hours,even sometimes I cant sleep. I stopped taking trika for last 4 days I was able to sleep for 2days then again I cant sleep for last 2days. I tried trika last night bt it did not work. Please suggest me any medicine because it is becoming very difficult for me

Hello,
You can try zolfresh 10mg at night and if this works- continue it for some days or one to two weeks. Then gradually half the dose and then make it alternate day. Finally try to stop it.
