Why Always Waking Up Feeling Like Shaking After Afternoon Nap? No Trouble Sleeping At Night
I take a nap every day after school and always wake up feeling like my insides are shaking. I don't think it has to do with the duration of the nap because it's anywhere between 15 minutes to 2 hours. I have no trouble sleeping at night. What's wrong?
