Feeling excessively hungry is normal if you have overdone it in the gym or jogged an extra mile .

When you feel hungery. you can try formula of three meals a day - 8-9 am Breakfast -- 1-2 lunch -- 4.30 tea / lemon juice with water with light snacks -7.30 - 8.30 Dinner .
Fruit vitamins , minerals ,nuts in raw form --ginger, garlic , raw veges -carrot cuccumber ,reddish etc; in main meals after an hour of main meals . Drink lot of water before 1/2 hour of all meals or otherwise also help eliminate toxins from your body .
Even then if you feel hungery , drink water, lime water or any salad .
Include under mentioned nutrients in your meals to strengthen your immune system which gives you resistance from diseases .
Eggs are packed with nutrients that keep your bones strong. Being rich in potassium, eggs keep you full for a longer time. Start your day with eggs to leave you satisfied until lunch.
Apple is packed with dietary fibre and antioxidants which fight the bad
cholesterol in the body. Eating an apple approximately half hour before a meal will fill up and prevent you from overeating.
Oats have high fibre content and are healthy. You can have a small bowl of oatmeal with milk or yoghurt to keep hunger pangs at bay.
Because soup contains so much water, it fills you up in fewer calories. Dietary
fibre in soup adds bulk to your food without contributing to the calorie content of your meal.
When you are craving something sweet, eat dark chocolate. According to a study, it’s more filling than milk chocolate and helps curb cravings for both sweet and salty foods.
Avoid fried ,fast food ,tea coffee alcohol ,mental stress , worry ,anger and
constipation for ensurring disease free health life .
Make exercise ,walk ,yoga pranayam -- deep breething integral part of your life to detoxify your system
