General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Gynaset is a progesterone containing drug. It's likely to cause irregular periods as side effect. Another possible thing is persistent PCOD which needs to be confirmed by USG scan. Please wait patiently for periods, get USG pelvic scan done and consult your doctor if there is no period in 15 days maximum.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
