Why Am I Experiencing Severe Nausea And Vomiting While Suffering From PCOS?

Hi there. For the past 2 and a half years i’ve been having extreme vomiting and nausea. About a month before this started i was diagnosed with Polycystic ovarian syndrome. I have been seeing a specialist for my PCOS and she has no idea what could be causing this. I was then referred to 2 GPs who took various blood test and stomach ultrasounds but yet again everything came back normal From there i was referred to a gastroenterologist who has done 3 endoscopys, 1 colonoscopy, 1 abdominal x-ray and 1 pelvic ultrasound. However i’m still being so sick to the point where there is pain and sometimes a bit of blood.

Hello,

For chronic vomiting problem you need to investigate with endoscopy. Kindly mention your endoscopy report to check it as you had already undergone endoscopy. If you are using any medication then drug induced vomiting also should be ruled out. For vomiting Domperidone or Ondansetron can be prescribed as per requirement. If chronic anxiety history present then also mention it.
