Why Am I Feeling Feverish In The Night And Drained Out In The Morning?
im 29. Female and lately i am feeling drained by day-end. i work a 9-5 job and study 6-11pm i sometimes stay up to do my work. but its not like im not getting enough sleep. I am having difficulty waking up in the morning. and i feel feverish by night
Good evening mam. Well you are running a hectic schedule and it is likely that your body is going to get fatigued at some point of time, especially when the routine becomes daily sorts. You should record the temperature if you feel feverish, but in all probability it looks more like tiredness and fatigue. I had suggest that you try and exercise for an hour in the morning as it will give you more energy and freshness. Also you can take some vitamin D Supplements. That would help combat your fatigue. Hope the information was useful.
