Why Am I Feeling Light Headed And Nausea?

hi , i have been feeling very light headed since last week but feel worst this morning, do not feel like eating at all feeling nausea all weekend, i have had my period twice this month it came back ten days after the first period last week and was as heavy as the first one and im still breastfeeding my seven month old but im so tired and no energy im 39 what do you think

This could be some kind of depressive phenomenon and common in female, you need to come out of this situation by controlling your thoughts and this would be the best option you have, take care.
