Why Am I Getting Whole Body Pain After I Wake Up From Sleep ?
Hi I am a 24 year old woman. I work in shifts. (9 hours work ) .After i wake up from sleep , my whole body starts paining. Feel so restless with pain. Even my fingers and toes ache. I dont do hard household work too. Still this body pain is bothering me. My fiancee who is on the same profile too is facing the same problem.He also works in shifts and travel in bike. Please help us in fixing this issue.

as you said you work in shifts,do the shifts change daily or on weekly,monthly basis?
if they chang after a duration of time you can fix your timetable according to the work,try keeping the meal times the same.the quantity of meals can be adjusted according to the appetite.
also sleep deprivation is an important cause for body pain and fatigue.Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep daily.night sleep is best for the body.
regular head and feet massage with medicated oil is highly benificial.
