Why Am I Having Abdominal Pain After Smoking Weed ?
I smoked weed for my first time and after the high was over I had an upset stomach for nearly 24 hours. Will it go away in time or should I get help?

It should go away after a while but if it prolongs more than two days then get help from a general physician. FOr now take pantaprazole 40 mg before food for 5 days, once daily.
