You are peri menopausal now so you may be having heavy bleeding,passage of clots,irregular cycles.You should get an ultrasound to rule out fibroid and endometrial hyperplasia.If its normal and you still have heavy bleeding,prolonged,then you should see your doctor for hormones to control the bleeding.
