Why Am I Having Clotted Vaginal Discharge With Abdominal Pain?
I had 1 depo shot then i stop taking it, I was bleeding non stop on the depo and when my 3 months where up i bleed for 2 more months. The bleeding stopped almost 2 weeks ago now i have vaginal discharge with blood in it and have clotted a few times along wit abdominal pain should i be worried ?

According to your menstrual history the possible causes of present symptoms are:
-During the middle of the month at the time of ovulation sometimes spotting can be seen which when mixed with vaginal discharge can present as clotted blood with discharge. Pain can also be seen as part of mittlesmerz syndrome.
-As you are having menstrual irregularities since using the of depo shot, that reproductive hormonal fluctuation can also lead to intermenstrual spotting and present as like this.
-The other possibilities are presence of local lesions like cervical erosion, polyps, etc. As you are having the problem since 5 months better to get evaluated, please consult your gynecologist once get examined and undergo an ultrasound with this work up the possible cause of your problem can be identified in treatment can be taken accordingly.
