Why Am I Having Dull Headaches On The Left Side Of My Head?
Hello for the past couple of weeks I have been having dull headaches on the left side of my head. I will usually have 3-5 of these per day. Sometimes this will also happen in the back of my head. A couple of times I have felt nausia with these headaches The only medication I take is Zyrtec. Any Ideas?

Reasons for dull headache is many but common is following.
1. Hypertension or hypo tension
2. common cold and fever
3. migraine or other vascular headache
4. depression and somatic complains.
so need to take detail history of symptoms and also other examination.
was there any history of head injury?
was there any medical illness like diabetes or hypertension?
is there any vomiting or giddiness?
photophobia or phono phobia ?
