Why Am I Having Fast Heart Beats ?

hi:) the first 2 days i was very weak...drank many juices,had gud diet and felt better.but the 3rd day when i went for writing exam and back afternoon...my heart beat increased and didnt come to normal even after hours...what is the reason??what is the remedy?could u pls suugest..i m 21 years od girl
