Why Am I Having Hearing Problems, Sinus Full And Burning Sensation At The Back Of Tongue?
Hello Doctor...I had three teeth extracted on 12/5/13..upper right wisdom(exposed) lower right impacted wisdom and a split molar (lower right). I was treated for dry socket for 2 weeks..and still had sharp stabbing pain in right ear with aural fullness. I was next treated for TMJ 600 motrin bid FOR TWO WEEKS. Hearing loss has not improved..my tongue feels burnt in the back and my right sinus is full. Any thoughts...hearing test on monday and visit to ENT. Starting to panic with thought that the hearing loss taste and smell alteration may not be temporary. Thanks.
Hi, thanks for your query. sinus fullness will cause middle ear infection. Hence there is hearing loss. Not related to dental issues. Need audiometry test and clinical evaluation for this. I would suggest you to consult with the doctor and get evaluated. Thanks
