Why Am I Having Minor Headaches From Past Few Months?

Hi I have been having miner headaches for a fue months now and last 3 weeks miner pain at the bass of my skull and very tight neck muscles I had acupuncture and helped my tightness in my neck but not my bass of scull or head aches have been told stress is a corse I m still worried that it haven t gone away

I have noted your symptoms.

I would like to reassure you that your symptoms do not suggest any serious brain disease. The most likely cause for your headaches could be muscle tension headaches.

You would improve with medications such as dothiepin or amitriptyline. Neck extension exercises would also help.

If you do not improve, you can get a brain scan done.
