Why Am I Having Pain And Tightness In The Left Side Of My Body?
Hello. I have pain/pressure on the left side of my neck. There s a lot of pressure near my left ear. The left side of my mouth feels tingly. My left shoulder is tight. My left lef falls asleep. My left thumb feels weird. There s a lot of pressure in/on my left eye, it s works harder than my right eye.

As you describe, it appears to be a combination of problem of two nerve groups.
1)Due to the ischemia of the cerebral hemisphere.
2)due to the cervical spondylosis,with pressure on the nerves supplying neck,upper arm, back etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment . You may need to have M.R.I, and other tests for diagnosis.
