Why Am I Having Pain On Left Side Of The Chest After Drinking Alcohol?
I have a dull uncomfortable pain on left side of chest that came on after heavy night drinking that has lasted 4 days went to doctors n he seems to think I have a inflamed food pipe is this something that sounds right as I'm worried I'm 27 also where should it hurt if this is the case
Alcohol cause gastritis which can cause severe abdominal pain, vomiting and nausea. Excessive acid production and reflux can also lead to burning and inflammation of food pipe like in your case.
For that treatment of acidity is needed. Quit drinking under psychiatrist supervision and do not worry. Medicines like pantoprazole will be helpful for acidity under physician supervision.
