Why Am I Having Painful Breasts With Delay In Period?

I m married 33 yrs old female not conceived as yet my husband is 34 yrs of age .i have all my tests done except Tubal test which is not possible hare since i live in Bahrain irrespective of being an Indian. All those tests are normal including all harmones except that of one called prolactin was on higher range but still under normal so went to Dr here 4 months back who prescribed me Estrofem & for 1st half &second half of my cycle respectively plus folvite ,womens multi vit ,vit e,Dimet 1/2 tab twice a day and for ist month among these 3 months gave me some tab of which i dont remember the name but then it was taken by me fr two months two tablets i,e 1/2 tab after every 15 days.Meanwhile my husband was also examined through the tests and his count was fluctuating 45 million /ml to 40 ml so was also given medicines to balance testosterone fluctuations and sperm count fluctuations .Then my Gynac did IUI on me last month with my husbands count being 55 million/ml but still we could'ot succeed.After that I am on the same medicines again & am late in menses a little have no sign og pregnancy except very painful breasts during day nd worst in day as i take duphoston at bed time. I wonder wat has happened this time if i m pregnant how many days shall i wait before so declaring for tests and if m not then wat should i do further please help me by mailing me and chat with me sometime if possible.
