Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

You seem to be having urinary tract infection and/or pelvic inflammatory disease. You need to get a routine urine examination for the infection and an ultrasound of your abdomen to look at the status of your pelvic organs, and show to a gynac along with these reports.

Management will depend upon the severity of the infection and any evidence of pelvic inflammatory disease on the usg.

Hope I have been helpful.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Verma
