Why Am I Having Stomach Discomfort And Back Pain If I Am Not Eating In Time?

hi, i m 28 yrs old, i have symptoms of passing normal stool after every meal & drinks. Always a little stomach discomfort. i get stomach pain and back pain if i do not eat in time. regurgitation also there. what could be the reason and pl suggest me some recovering medicines. Thank you

Hi,
If I see such a patient ,my first possibility would be of Peptic Ulcer Disease.Pain in abdomen which gets relieved by food intake might be due to ulcer disease.
I think you should try taking H2 antagonists like Ranitidine or Proton Pump Inhibitors like Omeprazole on regular basis. In case you have symptoms of regurgitation,try taking pro kinetics like Domperidone. Avoid spicy and fried foods, & excessive tea or coffee.Avoid lying down immediately after taking meals.Regular exercise also gets in digestion .
