Why Am I Late For Period With Breast Pain And Cramps?

i am 3 days late, and am taking felt. meds. i have been getting sick alot lately and have really bad cramps and feeling pressure under my belly button about 2 inches down, and my breast hurt so badly, but when i took a test it was neg. could i be preg even if the test said no, and when should i take another??
