Hello,
In the current scenario, you would need a complete evaluation by an expert. You should get ovulation studies, tubal patency and motility tests, exclude other factors like male infertility, infections and local causes. Tubal pregnancies can happen if the fertilized embryo happens to implant in the tube itself. This can be seen when there is decreased motility or abnormal uterine anatomy etc. If the tube/s are patent and if ovulation is happening normally, you may try again. Else, you would need intervention. Hope this helps.
