Why Am I Seeing Spots In My Vision?

I am seeing spots in my vision and occasionally seeing stars. I had a really bad bump to my head back in February and the spot where I hit my head feels strange. I am having light headaches and being in the light seems to make things worse. I am completely fine at night when there is no sunlight.

Hello!
I read carefully your question and understand your concern.
I think that the visual hallucinations that you describe may be related to a possible dysfunction of the posterior brain due to the head concussion . You should know that the areas of the brain responsible for the visual activity are placed in the posterior part of the brain and are very vulnerable to the trauma or lack of oxygen. A partial epilepsy may also cause similar symptoms , but in this case the hallucinations would not be related to the light condition.
I would recommend you to have an EEG and a brain MRI to evaluate better the problem. If there is no changes in these tests I think the symptoms will resolve spontaneously.
Hope to have been of help!
Greetings!
