Why Am I Slurring My Words After Getting Drenched In Rain ?
I was just stuck outside for about 8 hours in the rain, freezing cold, windy, my feet were wet, and I am now slurring my words. I cant have a full conversation without getting my words mixed up. What should i do?

and warm up your body by covering your body by a blanket .
