Why Am I Still Having Bruise And Itchy Sensation On My Head?

I hit my head on the corner of a tv. I hit it very hard and initially saw black and spots and got an instant headache. 5 days later, the knot has gone down but is still there, sensitive, and sometimes has an itching sensation. Is this something to be concerned about?

Well come to HCM
Black spot could be ecchymosis bleeding happened beneath the skin and this caused color change of skin and this would remain there for some time, itching sensation is nothing to worry this could be due to healing process, every thing would be fine soon, take care.
