Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.A proper physical examination and diagnostic work out is necessary in your case.Main things which can suspect in your case are kidney stone ,epididimitis ,Varicocele or prostatitis. So urology consultation will be needed to rule out all these. In case of epididimitis or prostatitis conservative treatment with antibiotics and supportives will help.Kidney stone if the stone is small then consevative approach can be given. For varicocele surgical correction might be needed.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
