Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 22 year old female, I have one child, she is 2 years old. I constantly feel like I have to poop, but when I try, nothing comes out! I've felt like this for 2 days now. Also, when I pee, I have to push really hard and sometimes I can't even go.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it appears that you have some obstruction in the lower end causing the pressure near urethra, and rectum. Or there may be some irritation of the lower gut, and the urinary tract due to some infection. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an ultrasound for diagnosis. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, and domperidone, till the diagnosis is established. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
