Why Am I Feeling Tired?

I have been feeling very tired starting about two weeks ago. I'm 13 and a female and I weight about 125 lbs. I normally go to bed at 10pm and get up at 8am to go to school. Once im at school I feel tired through out the whole day and just don't feel up to doing work or socializing. Once I get home all I want to do is just sit around and watch tv or play computer games. I take vitamen D 10,000 everyday because I have low iron. I play a musical instrument as well and now well trying to play I feel a great loss of intrest. Lastly every night when I sleep, I keep constantly waking up and looking at the clock to see if it is a reasonable time to weak up (this starts at around 5am in the morning). Am I sick?????

helo n welcom. vitamin d has no correlation with low iron. vit d excess may be responsible for ur symptoms.vit d is needed if u hv low calcium or deficient in vitamin d. u need to check ur blood panel for iron deficiency to confirm it. ie cbc n ferritin. tibc. if so u would need fe supplements n not ca or vit d. i would advise u to stop vit d n get checked for the above n see if ur symptoms improve... thanx...

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I would like to say that your are just 13 years old and here the possibility of low hemoglobin is very likely I would advise you to take care in your diet and better to get done the hemoglobin test, take meal in time, take care and have a nice day.
