hi i am 32 year old not sexually active lady i am having slight pain in my brests i hve checked there are no lumps on my brests or underarms i had my periods on 30th july what should i do

I think you have made a mistake in the date of your period, or is it really 3oth July of 2010 ?.
Slight pain in the breast may be ignored. If there is redness of skin or the pain persists for more than a few days it would be better that you consult a surgeon.
