Why Am I Getting White Milky Discharge From My Left Breast?

Hi m 25 yrs old female. i just had my periods. Today while showering i noticed something really unusual there was a white milky discharge coming out of my left breast. Then i squeezed it it was coming continuously and after 3 to 4 minutes then it stopped. I checked but there is no lump in the breast and there was no sign of pain in the breast. But now m having pain in the breast since then may be i squeezed it hard or what i do not know. Should i be worried or consult a doctor.

Hi,

I think that I would suggest you to do thyroid profile test and prolactin test done for this condition as high prolactin level can cause this condition. Taking tablet Cabergoline 0.5 mg weekly for 2 weeks will be helpful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
