Why Am I Having Discomfort Between Chest After Taking Protonix For Acid Re Flux?

how r u doctor. from last 2 to 3 months i am feeling immfation in my stomach so i want to hospital thay check everything and all test r normal and doctor prescibe mr protonix for acid reflex, but now inflammation is gone but when i lay down or ;ift some weight i feel dicomfort between my chest i am male 32

In GERD one should follow below mentioned steps with drugs
1. Avoid spicy and oily food.
2. Avoid heavy meals. Take frequent small meals.
3. Avoid stress and anxiety.
4. Go for walk after meals.
5 use 2-3 pillows below your head in the bed.
