iam 24 yrs old ,iam married n v r planning for baby n from last six months iam having irregular periods i had my period on aug16 n from then i dint get my period ,i thought iam pregnant i did urine test but it result negative doctor suggested me to take regestrone 3mg ,how is it full
I think that the first thing that is required for this condition is starting of your periods and for that I would suggest you to have a course of medroxyprogesterone tablet (10 mg) for 5 days and wait 2 to 3 weeks for withdrawal bleeding. Do a thyroid profile test and prolactin test to rule out hypothyroidism. Also, I would suggest you to have a ultrasound examination of lower abdomen done to rule out polycystic ovarian disease.
