Why Am I Having Tingling On Either Sides Of Penis Just Before Orgasm?
I m over 60 and recently noticed a tingling or intense feeling in two spots on either side of my penis, but further up, still below the waist, just before orgasm. The feeling is almost too intense. The only gland/organ I can see in that area are the cowpers glands. Any ideas?
