Why Am I Leaking In The Area Of My Anus?
What kind of doctor handles ... um. "butt leakage"? It seems like sometimes my underwear is wet in the area of my anus before I need to do # 2. I almost never notice it until I am on the toilet. The substance seems to be water as I don't notice any particular odor. I am not overweight, (or maybe slightly). (6'4" 220 lb)

O may be perianal fistula and you should do MRI scan to evaluate this more precisely. Also,an abscess may form as well. If this is found,you should see proctologist for further evaluation.
