Hello and welcome,

You have an arcuate uterus. This means that the uterus shape is not regular and there is a dimpling at the top.
Sometimes this may be associated with abnormalities in the tube. So there may be difficulties in conceiving. However if the tubes are open most women conceive by themselves.
The ovaries have multiple follicles. Since you have taken clomid it is difficult to say if this picture is due to clomid or was like this before clomid. So you will need another USG 3 months after stopping clomid to see if the ovaries are cystic or not.
As of now, you must first visit an infertility specialist. Get an ovulation study without clomid, husbands semen analysis, test to see if tubes are open. if all is well try to conceive spontaneously using an ovulation study or kit. If no result and IUI may be tried.

Hope this satisfies your query.
My best wishes that you may conceive soon.
