Why Am I Not Able To Make A Bowel Movement?

So about a month ago I was feeling extremely nauseous for about 5 days and had no appetite. I wasnt really able to make a bowl movement. After those five days passed I got my appetite back but felt a strange pressure/ache in my stomach, under my left rib cage. I went to a gastroenterologist and he checked to see if I had blood in my stool and checked blood work and it came back normal so he told me I had IBS. I was told to take metamusal to begin going to the bathroom which did not work. About two weeks ago out of nowhere I had excruciating ovary and lower back pain which lasted for about a week and alternated from side to side throughout the week. I had still not made a complete bowl movement and have become extremely bloated. I tried taking a stool softener laxative but it hasnt made much of a difference. I went to a gynecologist for the ovary/lower back pain and they did an ultrasound which seemed to come back normal. Urine sample was also normal. Then about 3 days ago I started experiencing shortness of breath and felt a pressure in my chest/upper back which has not gone away, as well as a swollen pain under my right armpit. My brain feels strange on the left hand side and is making me very fatigued. No one seems to be able to help me so hopefully you can.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
our problem started with constipation and loss of appetite for 5 day about a month ago which got relieved later but the pain in left upper abdomen below rib cage, consultation with a Gastroenterologist to tell you this being IBS not yet relieved needs further evaluation.
No complete evacuation, boating and further symptoms indicate that you should go or detailed clinical evaluation and investigations as follows>
Colonoscopy after preparation.
CT scan of abdomen Tests of blood, stool and urine.
If a specific cause for your symptoms is found out, you will be treated accordingly.
If all the investigations are normal, then alone this can be considered to be IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome and control of stress and/or anxiety can give the best results.
Also important is to see for any intolerance to foods, beverages or any other factors and be stopped altogether.
