hello doctor, I am meena 37yrs frm Doha. I problem is for the past one week I am hardly sleeping may beonly for 2hrs a day. My husband is a badminton player he goes for practice inthe night, there is no regular timings, sometimes by 10.30 pm, 11, or12am he will be back. usually i sleep by 10.30pm to 4.30am. i need to get up early sothat my children can leave for school on time. so now a days only around 2am only i am sleeping....now also i am just watching others sleeping. please advice..
Hello Meena, This irregular timing of going to bed can disturb your sleep-wake cycle and thus may lead to insomnia. Now if you are unable to sleep for whole night at al, you can take tab Zolpidem 5mg when you are unable to sleep. This might cause hangover initially for some days in the morning. But its safe and is not habit-forming. Thanks.
