Why Am I Suffering From Recurring Ulcerative Proctitis ?

i m 24 years old 5-3 and of 43 kg . i m suffering from ulcerative proctitis from 2 years having symptoms like rectal bleeding , sometimes constipation and gastric fullness , leg cramps, not gaining weight . i m on mesacol 800 , folik 10 and also had wysolone . but after a long course smetimes symptoms reappear and underweight .

Gaining weight while suffering from active ulcerative colitis is a challenge. You need to get your disorder treated with medicines or surgically or at least reach the remission phase then only some dietary changes can be suggested.
