Why Am I Urinating A Lot And Feeling Dehydrated?

Sunday night I felt sick to my stomach and through the night I got up and my stomach was on fire. Went to the bathroom and had abowel movement. When i was heading back to bed I passed out. I laid on the floor shaking for an hour and a half. Got better but this whole week I have had this constant feeling of car sickness and I have been peeing alot and feeling dehydrated. What is going on?

Dear- thanks for using our service, I understand your concern and will help you with my medical advise. You might be having an urinary tract infection or pyelonephritis, due to the chills and burning abdomen. You had an episode of syncope and shaking which could be a sign of sepsis or bacteremia due to the infection (bacteria in blood). I recommend you to have a complete blood work and evaluation with your primary care doctor . You most likely need antibiotic.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
