Why Am Still Feeling Light Headed?

I had vertigo caused by loose crystals. Diagnosed by ent exam and helmet. ! treatment, then a week of sitting straight, not leaning over and sleeping head up. I tratment a week later and said I was fine, Be active and a few excersise. Still feel lightheaded althought had 2 days of feeling fine. I am exercising and keeping busy but it is back today although I have been out in car doing errands and managed.
