Why Are Acyclovir Tablets Prescribed?
I found a prescription bottle of Acyclovir 400 mg tablets (take 1 tablet by mouth three times daily) in my boyfriend s medicine cabinet. It says a quantity of 30 with no refills. Is there any reason why this would be perscribed other than him contracting there herpes virus?
