Hello and thank you for posting your question here.
Wysolone is prednisalone,a corticosteroid, montair fx is a monteleukast and fexofenadine combination.Wysolone is a steroid and has anti inflamatory action on congested mucosa of the respiratory tract, monteleukast is a leukotriene antagonist and has anti allergic effects, fexofenadine is an anti histamine. It also has anti allergic actions.
Budesonide is again a steroid and formeterol is a beta agonist, both are bronchodilators(they open up respiratory passages). Finally pantocid is pantoprazole which is a proton pump inhibitor used to prevent gastritis while taking all the above oral medications.
From your prescription alone a definite diagnosis can't be made. But provisionally i can say that you maybe suffering from asthma or hyperactive airway disorder.Your airway is hypersensitive and reacts abnormally to exersions, allergens ,cold etc.this results in congestion and constriction of your airways and symptoms like breathlessness and cough.
Its not clear from your question about how long you had the symptoms, your age,is the symptoms aggravated after physical exersion,do you have any history of chronic allergies etc.So if you could provide these details it will be really helpful.
If its chronic asthma you may have to take some medication for prolonged periods but dont worry the symptoms are easily controllable.
I hope I have given you a satisfactory answer.Thank you.
I find this answer helpful
