Why Are My Eyelids Droopy?

I live above 8000 fett in Pachuca, Mexico and am suspecting poycythemia. I got up this morning and my left eyelid is extremely droopy. Could this be related? My eyelids always look droopy here, as opposed to the states, but this is really dramatic this morning.

poly cithmia is a bone marrow disease which tends to increase blood cell count specialy rbc. no specific treatment for it. blood can be taken out todecrease the rbc count. it does not effect eye inany way. inmy opinion your lid problem can not be linked to poly cithmia.
