Hi. It is thought that I sjogrens. Along w/ dry eyes & mouth, my salivary glands are swollen & firm. My throat where the glands are is sore and swallowing is uncomfortable. My stools are often pale in color. For months now the front of my neck has had severe pain like someone squeezing it. I am concerned about cancer in throat area & liver issues. Can you explain the pain and stool and where should I be seeking help? thank you
