Why Do I Feel A Warm Sensation In My Arm?

hello sir, 2 months before i was in very stressful condition and went through depression,till then i have started to feel warm sensation in one arm ,only in small portion,now i am out of stressful situation,life is normal but that warm sensatation is does not go away,please help

Please mention your age, sex, any other illness ( like hypertentions etc) you may be having.
Its common for a person under emotional stress to feel various sensation or pain in back, head , abdomen or anywhere , particulary when he FEELS stressed.
I would suggest you visit a physician to rule out an orthopedic condition as well. ( ex- cervial spondylosis that may cause various sensation or pain in arm due to nerve compression in the neck)
